Payments
The Customer can pay for the order in the following ways:
– with a bank transfer to the bank accounts indicated by the Shop, however, in case no payment is done in 3 days since the order is made, the Shop has the right to cancel a given order.
– PayPal ( kon.miro@gmail.com )
– The prices of the products in the Shop are shown in euro (EUR), and they include the VAT and the shipment cost.
– The internet Miro.Cats Shop that uses an internet address www.miro.cats.com is run by Miro & Co sp. z o. o., located in Jablonna 05-110, ul. Prosta 2, 05-110, registered in the Polish National Court Register [KRS] at the reg. no. 0000881458, NIP 5361952351, REGON 38812431300000.
Effect of withdrawing from the agreement
Example of the declaration to withdraw from the sale agreement is shown below:

– You have the right to withdraw from this agreement in 14 days without sharing the reason.
– Please send or deliver the Goods back to us at the address that will be provided (in a separate message), immediately, and no later than in 14 days from the day when you informed us about withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline will be met if you send the Goods back in 14 days.
– The Customer shall cover the cost of shipping the Goods back.
– If you have any additional questions, please send them by e-mail.

Klient ma możliwość dokonać zapłaty ceny tytułem złożonego zamówienia w następujących formach:
– przelewem bankowym na wskazane przez Sklep konto bankowe, jednak w przypadku braku wpłaty w terminie 3 dni od złożenia zamówienia, sklep ma prawo dane zamówienie anulować

Skutki odstąpienia od umowy
Wzór oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy sprzedaży został zawarty poniżej:

– Proszę odesłać lub przekazać nam rzecz do podanego adresu (adres zostanie podany w osobistej wiadomości), niezwłocznie, a w każdym razie nie później niż 14 dni od dnia, w którym poinformowali nas Państwo o odstąpieniu od niniejszej umowy. Termin jest zachowany, jeżeli odeślą Państwo rzecz przed upływem terminu 14 dni.
