Delivery
– Shipment of the goods is done to the addresses in Poland, European Union oraz the remaining countries of all world that are within the area of the Polish Post Office [Poczta Polska], using DHL Express, however, is is also possible that your delivery is done with GLS, FedEx or UPS courier companies. You will always be informed which courier company will be used to deliver your order or goods.
– Time to complete the order, that is, to deliver goods to the Customer, is from 5 working days, depending on the selected delivery option.
– Once the Customer pays for the goods, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order receipt by the Shop together with the delivery address and the sale evidence data provided by the Shop.
– The Order will be executed (shipped) no later than 48 hours from being successfully made (all data necessary to complete it provided, and payment completed).
Effect of withdrawing from the agreement
Example of the declaration to withdraw from the sale agreement is shown below:

– You have the right to withdraw from this agreement in 14 days without sharing the reason.
– Please send or deliver the Goods back to us at the address that will be provided (in a separate message), immediately, and no later than in 14 days from the day when you informed us about withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline will be met if you send the Goods back in 14 days.
– The Customer shall cover the cost of shipping the Goods back.
– If you have any additional questions, please send them by e-mail.
Dostawa
– Wysyłka Towarów odbywa się pod adresy znajdujące się na terytorium Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej, Unii Europejskiej oraz pozostałych krajów całego świata znajdujących się w obszarze doręczeń Poczty Polskiej, za pośrednictwem DHL Express, ale istnieje również możliwość, że otrzymasz ją za pośrednictwem GLS, FedEx lub UPS. Zawsze zostaniesz powiadomiony, z jaką firmą kurierską zostanie wysłane Twoje zamówienie lub towar.
– Czas realizacji zamówienia, czyli dostawy Towaru do Klienta, wynosi od 5 dni roboczych w zależności od wybranej opcji dostawy.
– Po dokonaniu płatności za Towar Użytkownik otrzymuje e-mailem potwierdzenie otrzymania zamówienia przez Sklep wraz z adresem dostawy oraz danymi do wystawianego przez Sklep dowodu sprzedaży.
– Zamówienie zostanie zrealizowane (wysłane) najpóźniej do 48 godzin od jego pomyślnego złożenia (podania wszelkich niezbędnych danych do jego realizacji oraz sfinalizowanie procesu płatności).
Skutki odstąpienia od umowy
Wzór oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy sprzedaży został zawarty poniżej:

– Mają Państwo prawo odstąpić od niniejszej umowy w terminie 14 dni bez podania jakiejkolwiek przyczyny
– Proszę odesłać lub przekazać nam rzecz do podanego adresu (adres zostanie podany w osobistej wiadomości), niezwłocznie, a w każdym razie nie później niż 14 dni od dnia, w którym poinformowali nas Państwo o odstąpieniu od niniejszej umowy. Termin jest zachowany, jeżeli odeślą Państwo rzecz przed upływem terminu 14 dni.
